Designation -Head HR
Location- Mumbai
Desired CandidateProfile: 12+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and PMS. Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, stakeholder management and performance management frameworks.
Candidates from the Insurance industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive manpower planning and budgeting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing strategies including social media, networking, employee referrals and industry mapping.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through smooth coordination and communication during the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Drive hiring processes with a focus on quality, turnaround time and business alignment.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive the end-to-end PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews and annual appraisals.
- Design and manage KPI/KRA frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with business leaders on performance calibration and normalization processes.
- Monitor employee performance trends and provide meaningful HR analytics and insights.
- Support succession planning, talent development and capability enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBP and leadership teams to strengthen employee productivity and performance culture.
HR Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Guide workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Facilitate employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Implementation of Business Strategies:
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategies into actionable HR plans.
- Lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes and outcomes.
