Qualification: MBA (HR) + B.Tech/BE (Mandatory)

Location- Gurgaon

Preferred - Women HR Leaders

Industry Preference: Engineering, Construction, EPC, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, or Big 4 Consulting

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR leader to head the Human Resources function for the group. The role involves driving the entire HR gamut Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Strategy, Employee Relations, and Rewards while also leading HR for the group's sister concern company.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who can align people strategy with business goals and foster a culture of performance, inclusion, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle, with a focus on leadership and niche technical roles.
  • Build strong employer branding and ensure a talent pipeline that supports business expansion.
  • Partner with business leaders to define and execute workforce planning.

HR Strategy & Policy Development

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with organizational growth and transformation.
  • Establish people processes, frameworks, and governance models across entities.
  • Lead HR integration initiatives across group companies to ensure consistency.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures and incentive frameworks.
  • Manage benchmarking, annual appraisals, and pay review cycles.
  • Ensure compliance and internal equity across compensation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee relations issues with transparency and fairness.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and well-being programs across the organization.

Performance Management & Development

  • Oversee performance management processes, setting clear KPIs and review mechanisms.
  • Lead capability-building initiatives and leadership development programs.
  • Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • 815 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technical, project, or consulting-driven environments.
  • Proven experience in leading HR strategy, talent acquisition, and compensation management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
