Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for the Head of Human Resources. The role involves leading and managing all HR functions, including overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing human resource strategies, and supporting organizational goals. The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner, fostering a culture of inclusion, performance excellence, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and comprehensive HR management skills
- Deep understanding of Labor and Employment Laws, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies and frameworks
- Exceptional skills in managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues effectively and equitably
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and levels
- Prior leadership experience in HR, with a proven ability to drive cultural alignment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
