Job Description

Atyeti is a business and technology global consulting firm with deep expertise across BFSI, digital engineering, data & AI, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions. As we continue to scale globally, we are strengthening our people function to support the next phase of growth. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR – India/APAC who can partner closely with leadership to shape culture, strengthen organizational capability and help evolve HR into a high-impact strategic business partner function.

What This Role Will Own:

1. Strategic Business Partnering / Advisory

  • Have strong business acumen to understand goals and challenges
  • Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute people strategies that align with business objectives

2. Culture & Employee Experience

  • Build a people-centric, high-performance culture that aligns with business strategy
  • Design and execute high-impact employee initiatives, town halls, and team activities to drive connection and belonging
  • Lead employee relations matters, including employee grievances, and navigate them with cultural awareness
  • Drive internal and external brand reputation by showcasing company life
  • Use feedback from surveys and HR analytics to improve retention and engagement

3. Performance management and Career Pathing (Analytics-Driven)

  • Design and implement frameworks that align employee development with business goals
  • Build structured, transparent career pathways for all roles
  • Leverage people analytics and business data to guide data-driven workforce planning, predict skills gaps, and make talent decisions that inform leadership reviews and identify flight risks

4. Talent Management & Development

  • Align workforce planning with business growth, including succession planning and competency mapping
  • Drive capability-building initiatives, training, and professional development programs to foster a high-performance culture
  • Strengthen hiring frameworks and managing Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for quality talent attraction

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and implement compensation structures (bonus plans) and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct annual market surveys, analyse peer data, and use consultants to maintain competitive compensation positioning
  • Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends to leadership

6. HR Operations, Governance & Analytics

  • Design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (POSH, CLRA, PF, ESI, etc.), and mitigate risks
  • Maintain global standards and lead employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Bring HR analytics mindset and drive to forecast attrition, shape strategy and continuously improve employee experience

7. HR Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the India HRBP team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within IT Services & Consulting environment
  • Strong experience in HR business partnering, organizational transformation, and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to organization effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning
  • Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and HR governance
  • Strong business acumen, data orientation, and ability to balance strategy with execution
  • Experience working in scaling and evolving organizations is highly preferred
