About Social Capital:
We help companies like Gamma, Wispr Flow, Icon, Cartesia and a dozen others launch their products and guarantee 10M views on any launch. We're the only company in the world with the ability and track record to offer this guarantee.
We do this on X and LinkedIn through a combination of:
1. Our research on how the X and LinkedIn algorithm works
2. Our relationships with >500 creators controlling >300M views per month and,
3. Our team of filmmakers and thinker-writers who've pulled >1B views with their content
4. Our client base spans the United States (San Francisco and NYC) and Europe (London, Sweden, Switzerland).

You could build the best product in the world but nobody will know about it if you can't go viral on social media. ChatGPT has 500M monthly users and Claude, which is arguably better, has 50M. That's the price of not knowing how to go viral on social media.
Tech used to be a weapon, now it's just a tool. Everyone can build good products. But the person who knows how to go viral, wins. Social Capital wants to be the king-maker in tech. If we choose to work with one player in the industry, we back them with an excellent creative team, and 100s of millions of views, making them an impossible force to compete with.

We've generated 500 million views across our client base. As far as we know, our track record is singular. We are deliberately small (<20 people) but extremely fast growing (>1000% YoY) and are a global leader in this $300M market. We're one of the largest content/media firms in India by profit yet the smallest in size compared to our peers, generating profits comparable to a 500-person company with just 20 meticulously selected individuals.
How We Do It:
If you have enough data, understanding, and taste, virality is not luck. It's engineering. We reverse-engineer how social algorithms such as that of X, work.
We then identify patterns in reach and engagement, and model our content strategy around those patterns to capture tremendous organic reach in a way that's never been done before. Think content science meets art. We dominate Twitter and LI with this approach. We control 500M impressions/year. (Twitter has 368M active users). Elon Musk, Paul Graham, and every entrepreneur you look up to has probably commented, liked, or retweeted our content.
We're the first content company with the approach of a science lab. With our proven frameworks for producing viral content, we aim to redefine content production as a discipline. We launched in 2022, and are on track to grow our team to over 30 people this year.

What You'll Do Here:
You will be expected to do everything necessary to ensure the success of a launch. This is included, but not limited to:
- Create a viral launch video - Understanding the product by talking to the founder, watching sales calls, isolating aha moments, storyboarding, directing the animations on screen second by second, being ultra-OCD about the details and ensuring a perfect launch video is made - all within 2 weeks.
- Build a launch GTM team - Onboard anyone required to make a launch successful, whether it's getting a film crew in NYC, hiring video editors, sound directors or motion designers; or recruiting the right influencers globally to amplify the launch.
- Create viral hooks and assets for the product - Research X and LI exhaustively using advanced search and find 100s of examples of relevant viral videos and hooks that have worked before. Could be a statistic, a visual, a giveaway, a format, whatever. Adapt them, ideate dozens of written and visual hooks to make virality guide for other creators to get inspiration from. Micromanage the drafts of 100+ creators (with help from other writers) and ensure they're excellent.
