Who are we looking for
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth & Revenue who will serve as our Growth Catalyst - a strategic leader who combines the analytical rigor of a growth hacker with the execution excellence of a sales professional. This individual will be the architect of our customer acquisition strategy and the primary driver of revenue growth in the competitive fintech marketplace.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments, who thrives in the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You should have a proven track record of building growth functions from scratch, managing complex sales cycles with financial professionals, and creating scalable customer acquisition systems.
What will be your responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth Leadership
- Define and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategy for SEBI-registered analysts across India, targeting both individual analysts and institutional entities
- Develop omnichannel marketing presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, industry publications, and fintech conferences to establish InsightPier as the go-to platform for investment advisors
- Build and manage the complete sales funnel from awareness to activation, focusing on product-led growth strategies that leverage our platform's capabilities
2. Revenue Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Own the entire sales process including lead generation, prospecting, product demonstrations, and deal closure with SEBI-registered analysts
- Conduct expert product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of investment advisors, showcasing our e-KYC, payment processing, and broadcast capabilities
- Achieve aggressive revenue targets through systematic pipeline management and data-driven optimization of conversion rates across all customer touchpoints
3. Product-Market Fit & Customer Success
- Act as the voice of the customer by systematically gathering feedback from analysts on platform features, regulatory compliance needs, and market requirements
- Drive customer account management initiatives to increase average revenue per user through feature adoption, subscription upgrades, and expanded usage
- Collaborate with product team to prioritize feature development based on customer insights and market analysis of the Indian investment advisory landscape
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct deep market research on SEBI regulations, competitor platforms, and emerging trends in Indian wealth-tech to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Analyze customer behavior patterns using data analytics to optimize onboarding flows, identify churn risks, and develop retention strategies
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting SEBI-registered analysts and adapt our customer acquisition messaging accordingly
5. Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team including business development representatives, customer success managers, and marketing specialists
- Collaborate closely with our digital marketing specialist to create integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads from social media, content marketing, and industry partnerships
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives platform improvements and new feature development
6. Data-Driven Growth Optimization
- Implement comprehensive growth metrics tracking including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and churn rates
- Execute systematic A/B testing of marketing messages, onboarding sequences, and pricing strategies to optimize conversion rates
- Develop customer segmentation strategies based on analyst type, AUM size, geographic location, and service preferences to enable personalized growth approaches
