Role Description
This is a mission-critical role.
As Head of Growth, you will own end-to-end revenue growth in India from defining GTM strategyto closing deals and driving customer retention.
You are accountable for how India discovers, buys, and scales with ReNote AI
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define ICP (students, institutions, corporates, L&D teams)
- Build and execute India GTM playbook (0 1000+ customers)
- Own revenue targets, pipeline, and growth metrics
2. Sales (B2B Focus)
- Drive outbound sales to schools, colleges, universities, corporates
- Build a repeatable demo close sales engine
- Close pilot projects and institutional contracts
- Build and manage channel partners, resellers, distributors
3. Marketing & Demand Generation
- Build strong brand presence (content, SEO, social, community)
- Own performance marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Execute product launches, PR, and event presence
- Manage agencies/freelancers (content, design, campaigns)
4. Ecosystem Selling (Critical)
- Sell the full bundled solution: Smart Notebook + GPT Pen + AI App
- Create use-case-driven pitches for education, corporate, and productivity segments
- Increase Average Order Value through strategic cross-sell and upsell
- Position the ecosystem, not just individual products
5. Product & Customer Feedback Loop
- Collect structured user insights from early customers and Pilots
- Translate field learnings into product priorities with the tech team
- Own NPS, retention metrics, and churn reduction initiatives
Experience Required
- 58 years total experience
- Minimum 3 years in B2B growth / sales / marketing leadership
- Experience in one of: EdTech, SaaS, AI tools, Consumer Hardware
- Proven India GTM launch: you have taken a product or vertical from 0 to traction in India
- Experience managing both inbound & outbound sales
- Startup / 01 experience preferred early-stage comfort is essential
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Indian B2B buying behaviour
- Ability to work across sales, marketing & product
- Data-driven: CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho), funnel analytics, revenue metrics
- Strong communication (English mandatory, Hindi preferred)
- Ability to build & lead small, high-performance teams
- High ownership, execution speed, and problem-solving mindset
