Job Description

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for the food FMCG brand.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Analyse consumer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Optimise performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration within the department.

The Successful Applicant
