3+ years owning SEO strategy for B2B / SaaS / Tech platforms
(iGaming experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory if SaaS/FinTech background is strong)
Role Objective (VERY IMPORTANT)
Own growth, lead generation, and SEO performance for a global iGaming B2B company, and lead the SEO team to deliver qualified operator leads, not just traffic.
This role will:
- Take full ownership of SEO strategy & outcomes
- Fix and scale an existing SEO team
- Align SEO, content, paid channels, and sales funnel
- Drive revenue-oriented growth
Key Responsibilities
1 SEO Ownership & Leadership (CORE)
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page, content)
- Lead and mentor existing SEO team / agency
- Define clear SEO KPIs tied to business outcomes
- Conduct SEO audits and fix:
- Poor keyword targeting
- Low conversion pages
- Weak internal linking
- Technical SEO issues
- Ensure SEO focuses on high-intent B2B keywords, such as:
- Aviator API provider
- Casino white label platform
- iGaming aggregator
- Sportsbook platform provider
2 Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Design and optimize SEO Landing Page Lead Sales funnel
- Work closely with Business Development & Sales teams
- Improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rate
- Time to close deals
- Implement CTAs:
- WhatsApp
- Demo booking
- Contact forms
3 Content & Authority Building
- Define content strategy for:
- Product pages (API, White-Label, Aggregator)
- Case studies
- Comparison pages
- Operator education content
- Ensure content is:
- SEO-optimized
- Conversion-focused
- Written for decision makers, not players
- Position the company as a trusted global iGaming provider
4 Analytics, Reporting & Accountability
- Track and report on:
- SEO-driven leads
- Conversion rates
- Keyword intent performance
- Cost per lead (SEO vs paid)
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- CRM dashboards
- Present monthly growth reports to leadership
5 Cross-Channel Growth (Support Role)
- Align SEO with:
- LinkedIn B2B marketing
- Google Search Ads (high-intent keywords only)
- Email & retargeting campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints
Required Skills & ExpertiseMust-Have
- Proven experience managing SEO teams
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS / Platform SEO
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Technical SEO
- Content SEO
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Ability to translate SEO metrics into business impact
- Strong communication & leadership skills
Nice-to-Have
- iGaming / Casino / Sportsbook domain exposure
- Experience working with API-based products
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- International SEO experience (multi-region, multi-currency)
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a social media manager
- Not a blog-only SEO role
- Not focused on vanity metrics (traffic, likes, impressions)
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Qualified leads generated from SEO
- Lead Demo Deal conversion rate
- Revenue influenced by SEO
- SEO team productivity & output quality
- Improvement in keyword rankings for commercial intent terms
Compensation (Indicative India / Global Remote)
- Fixed: 8 12 LPA (or equivalent, based on experience)
