We're Hiring: Head of Growth – D2C
Gurgaon (Work from Office)

We're looking for a performance-driven growth leader to own and scale our D2C growth engine. This is a high-impact role with complete ownership of customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

What You'll Own
Customer Acquisition (Multi-Channel)
Lead end-to-end acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, native ads, and emerging platforms — while constantly unlocking new channels.
Growth Strategy & Execution
Build and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies that drive consistent, scalable revenue.
P&L & Budget Ownership
Own CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets. Manage and optimize large budgets with a sharp focus on efficiency and profitability.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
Design campaign structures, audience strategies, and budget allocation frameworks. Continuously improve performance.
Metrics that Matter
Drive growth through core metrics like CAC and LTV while ensuring sustainable scaling.
Experimentation & Innovation
Run continuous experiments across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and audiences to unlock growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, creative, and tech teams to improve conversion funnels and user journeys.
Team Leadership(if applicable)
Build and lead a high-performing growth team.
