Role Overview
The Head of User Growth will own P&L and revenue growth via new acquisitions, from paid performance to SEO to channel innovation, and is directly responsible for scaling the funnel in a capital-efficient way. You will build the team, set the strategy, and execute.
What You Will Own
New Acquisition
Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels, targeting industry-leading CAC on app downloads and sales.
Own SEO strategy end-to-end, from keyword architecture to content and technical execution, building a durable organic acquisition engine.
Identify, test, and activate new channels: BTL, partnerships, referral loops, and non-obvious distribution plays.
Build and iterate the creative funnel, including ad creatives, landing experiences, and conversion optimization.
Team and Operations
Hire and develop a focused growth team; set the operating cadence, OKRs, and performance bar.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Support to close conversion gaps and improve post-install experience.
Own the MMP stack and attribution infrastructure; build the measurement framework from the ground up.
