We're looking for a
Head of Revenue Growth & Global Sales to take ownership of our revenue engine and lead the company into its next phase of scale. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build winning sales motions, scale teams, and drive consistent growth across markets.
You will shape how we acquire customers, expand accounts, and enter new geographiesworking closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a tightly aligned, data-driven go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a commercial leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys turning vision into predictable revenue.
What You'll Own
Revenue Strategy & Growth
Define and execute a global revenue and sales strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
Own revenue targets across new acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Identify new growth levers including new markets, verticals, pricing strategies, and sales motions.
Use data, forecasting, and market insights to drive predictable, repeatable growth.
Sales Leadership & Team Building
Build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales organization across regions.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for individual contributors and managers.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders to consistently exceed targets.
Create a performance-driven culture with strong execution discipline.
Go-To-Market & International Expansion
Lead international sales expansion by tailoring go-to-market strategies for different regions.
Develop enterprise and mid-market sales approaches suited to diverse customer segments.
Own complex, high-value deal cycles including enterprise and strategic accounts.
Represent the company in senior-level client conversations and negotiations.
Sales Operations & Enablement
Establish scalable sales operations including CRM ownership, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Improve sales efficiency by refining processes, playbooks, and deal qualification frameworks.
Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, messaging, and campaigns with sales execution.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to close the loop between customer feedback, product evolution, and retention.
External Representation
Act as a commercial ambassador at industry events, conferences, and strategic client meetings.
Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
What Will Make You Successful
6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments.
Experience leading and scaling sales teams across regions or international markets.
Strong command of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Collaborative leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
Exposure to launching new geographies, verticals, or products.
MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.
