Engage with key stakeholders across central and state governments (e.g., PMO, MeitY, MNRE, MoCI, MoF, NITI Aayog, State CMOs, Indian/Taiwanese Embassies, etc.)
Shape upcoming government policies and advocate Foxconn's business and strategic interests
Represent Foxconn India in key government forums, policy consultations, and high-level meetings
Anticipate and mitigate policy and regulatory risks basis global trends, and manage crisis resolution
Actively collaborate with other HQ verticals and business entities for One Foxconn view
Standardize key activities including periodic engagement calendar, action items tracking, stakeholder mapping, and others
Lead Government Relations team; including conducting team members internal reviews, KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and capability building
Preferred Experience
Industry Experience: Extensive experience (20+ years) in corporate affairs / public policy / government relations roles for a large organization in India.
Academic Background: Master's degree, preferably in Public Policy / Business Management.
Sector Expertise: Prior experience in industries requiring government incentives like electronics manufacturing, energy, & others.
