Job Description

Logikality is an AI-first digital transformation company. We ship workflow-native automation and AI co-pilots that deliver measurable ROI for regulated industries. We're hiring a Global Sales Head US Market to open doors with enterprise buyers, shape the GTM playbook, and scale new-logo revenue.

Build and lead our U.S. revenue motion.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Focus: Enterprise (Mortgage & Title first; broader BFSI next)

What you'll own

  • Market development: ICP, value narrative, packaging/pricing for U.S. buyers.
  • Full-funnel execution: outbound, ABM, events, partner co-sell, and strategic alliances.
  • Deal leadership: C-suite discovery, solutioning with SMEs, proposals, negotiation, close.
  • Forecasting & rigor: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, commit discipline, win reviews.
  • References & expansion: from lighthouse wins to multi-BU expansion and renewals.
  • Team build-out: hire/coach SDRs/AEs as pipeline and logos scale.

What success looks like

  • 306090 days: sharpen ICP and offer narrative; open 610 executive validations; $2M qualified pipeline.
  • 6 months: referenceable lighthouse wins; repeatable meeting engine (outbound + partner); reliable forecast cadence.
  • 12 months: stacked logos, strong ACV, repeatable playbooks, and a small, high-output team.

What you bring

  • 812+ years enterprise new-logo sales; consistent top-quartile attainment.
  • Proven wins selling into U.S. mortgage/title/financial services (or similarly regulated verticals).
  • Comfort selling complex solutions (services + AI/automation platforms) to C-suite and LoB leaders.
  • Operator mindset: metrics-driven, playbook-oriented, hands-on with CRM and deal mechanics.
  • Executive presence, crisp storytelling, and strong negotiation skills.
