- Manage global FP&A function for a CoE
- Handle a large team set-up with the FP&A function
- Monitor budgets and optimise financial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CA
- 20+ years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience managing large teams (100+ FTEs) is a must
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
