Knowledge Networks trains the people who will govern AI — parliamentarians, judges, journalists, and ministers across more than forty countries, with a deliberate weighting toward the Global South.
We run four fellowships: ERAI (journalists), NOMAI (parliamentarians), AI on the Bench (judiciary), and The AI Cabinet (ministers). Each has a program manager. Nobody yet runs them as one system. That is this role.
You will:
• Own delivery of the full fellowship portfolio — timeline, standard, and budget.
• Line-manage the program managers, and hire the next.
• Set the operating model between program management and learning design, and hold people to it.
• Build one institutional faculty bench across programs instead of four address books.
• Deliver our flagship convenings, currently Miami (Dec 2026) and Geneva (2027).
You probably have:
• 10–15 years experience, including 4+ managing managers.
• A record of running concurrent programs for senior or elite audiences — executive education, policy training, professional development, or similar.
• Real skill with faculty and subject-matter experts: people who respond to relationship, not authority.
• Comfort holding a quality line against delivery pressure, and saying so to both sides.
• Multi-time-zone international delivery experience and exceptional written English.
Useful but not required: AI policy or tech regulation exposure, Global South cohort experience, a learning-design background.
Reports to the Founder & Chairman. Based in India, hybrid, with U.S. Eastern and European hours as the work requires. Occasional international travel.
