At SARAS AI Institute, we are looking for someone who can build a brand people remember, shape a digital presence people feel, and make SARAS impossible to ignore globally.
This is not a performance marketing role.
This is not a campaign manager role.
This is not for someone whose entire playbook consists of Meta ads, Google Ads, CPLs, and dashboards.
- We need a brand-first, digital-first, globally-aware builder who can take SARAS from being present online to being powerful, sharp, respected, and visible across the world.
- What this role is really about
- You will own how SARAS shows up to the world across every meaningful digital touchpoint.
- Your job is to make sure that when someone discovers SARAS, whether on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, website, press, podcasts, founder-led content, student stories, or search, they instantly feel:
- This is not another education company. This is a serious, global, AI-first institution.
What we need from you
You should be able to:
- Build and drive a clear global brand narrative for SARAS
- Create a strong, consistent digital identity across all platforms
- Make our online presence feel premium, contemporary, distinctive, and globally relevant
- Lead brand strategy, content direction, social presence, thought leadership, storytelling, PR visibility, and digital reputation
- Turn SARAS into a brand that people notice, trust, talk about, and aspire to be associated with
- Work closely with founders to convert ideas, partnerships, outcomes, campus stories, faculty credibility, and student success into high-quality digital brand assets
- Build a content engine that is not random posting, but intentional brand building
- Raise the standard of everything public-facing, from posts to website messaging to visual storytelling to executive presence
- Ensure SARAS is visible not just in India, but as a global AI education brand

- Overall brand strategy and positioning
- SARAS's organic digital presence across platforms
- Founder branding and leadership visibility
- Social media narrative and content quality
- Website messaging and brand consistency
- PR and thought-leadership visibility
- Brand campaigns that build recall, not just clicks
- Visual storytelling and creative direction
- Digital reputation and share of voice
- Building a team/ecosystem of creators, writers, designers, video editors, and specialists as needed
Who this is for

- Can create momentum without hiding behind agencies and jargon
- Is obsessed with how brands show up online
- Understands that in today's world, if you are not visible, you are irrelevant
- Can operate at both the strategy level and the execution level

- Your idea of marketing is only paid ads and lead funnels
- You have mostly worked as a demand generation / CPL / CAC optimiser
- You are looking for a comfortable corporate branding role

- You speak beautifully in interviews, but struggle to build visible brand outcomes
