Job Description

We are looking for a Head of FP&A to join Le Boat, a Travelopia business, and play a key role in delivering strategic financial insights across the business.

In this role, you will lead the FP&A team in providing comprehensive analysis and insights throughout all planning and reporting cycles, supporting informed decision-making across the brand. You will take overall ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring high-quality insights are delivered to key internal stakeholders.

Working closely with senior global leaders and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for driving meaningful discussions, influencing decisions, and enabling the business to take action based on financial insights.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning and budgeting cycles for Le Boat, understanding the key drivers and initiatives. Track and monitor risks and opportunities. Present budgets, analysis and commentary to key stakeholders including leadership teams and Group.
  • Oversee the forecasting of weekly, monthly and annual cashflow, monthly and annual P&L & BS.
  • Analyse and monitor spend across the group. Develop the monthly reporting suite to provide information and analysis of spend. Support the leadership teams to track and monitor the delivery of initiatives, monitoring delivery costs and project benefits.
  • Oversee the Business Partnering for the business interfacing with senior leaders across the wider business in particular the operations team so experience of working across matrix, global teams is critical.
  • Challenge spend across all areas, ensure costs are in line with plan and suggest improvements.
  • Support the development of business cases for capital projects and business initiatives. Monitor and analyse results and draw conclusions. Make recommendations and ensure delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven business partnering experience, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, ideally within a global and complex organisation.
  • Someone who can work independently across multiple business units and functions, managing priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing or improving planning and reporting processes.
  • Highly organised, fast-paced and process-driven, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
