What You'll Do
- Lead Financial Operations: Own accounting, controllership, compliance, and financial reporting
- Drive FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leadership on cost optimization and ROI-focused initiatives
- Strengthen Reporting: Improve financial reporting processes for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
- Manage Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks
- Improve Efficiency: Streamline financial processes to enhance operational and financial performance
- Build & Lead Teams: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
What We're Looking For
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / Master's in Finance
- Experience: 8–10 years in finance roles, with 3+ years in business finance
- Expertise: Strong grasp of financial strategy, accounting, compliance, reporting, and controllership
- Leadership: Experience in building and managing finance teams
- Mindset: High ownership, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial approach
