Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance, located in Gurugram. The Head of Finance will oversee financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. The responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to support the company's financial goals, ensuring its long-term financial health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Finance management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data
• Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting
• Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
