Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance located in Mohali, District One opposite CP 67.. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and developing budgets. The role will involve analyzing financial data and working closely with leadership to shape financial strategies. The individual will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Finance principles
- Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA are highly advantageous
- Proven experience in leading financial operations or strategy in a prior role
