Job Description

Own end‑to‑end finance operations, including accounting, reporting, compliance, audit, taxation, cash management, and financial controls.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and timelines in a complex, transaction‑heavy environment.
Drive controllership rigour across inventory, payables, receivables, accruals, rebates, and cost recognition in thin‑margin operating models.
Build and strengthen finance processes, policies, and internal controls, with a focus on scalability, transparency, and governance.
Own working capital management, including cash‑flow forecasting, inventory cycles, vendor terms, and funding optimisation.
Partner with business leaders to provide practical financial insight, supporting decision‑making without losing execution focus.
Lead audit and regulatory interactions, ensuring compliance with local requirements and global accounting standards.
Build, mentor, and manage the local finance team, setting performance standards and developing capability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have end‑to‑end ownership experience across controllership, operations finance, and compliance, along with a proven track record of operating in high‑volume, thin‑margin environments. They should bring the maturity to build scalable processes, enforce financial discipline, manage working capital tightly, and partner credibly with leadership while remaining hands‑on and execution‑focused.
