Head of Finance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head to lead the finance function for a leading real estate organization. The role will drive financial governance, compliance, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and strategic business partnering to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business partnering with leadership teams.
• Ensure statutory, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Guide financial strategy, cash flow planning, and financial risk management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while driving ERP and process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, compliance, budgeting, and MIS.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry.
• Exposure to ERP improvement or finance transformation projects.
• Strong business partnering and strategic financial planning exposure.

Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
