Job Description

We're Hiring | Head of Finance | Dr. Mehta's Hospitals | Chennai

Role: Head of Finance

Location: Chennai, India

Industry: Healthcare / Hospitals

What We're Looking For:

12+ years of post qualification experience in End-to-end Finance operations.
Minimum 5-7 years in a senior finance role with stakeholder & team management experience.
CA or CMA qualified mandatory (At least Intermediate should be Cleared)
Strong expertise in Finance Controllership, MIS, Financial Planning & Analysis, Statutory compliance & regulatory governance.
Proficiency in softwares like Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, Advanced Excel.
Reporting to chairman or Board.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial leadership & strategic planning
Budgeting, cost control & profitability management
Revenue cycle & billing efficiency
Internal controls & audit management
CAPEX evaluation & investment advisory
Reporting directly to Top Management & the Board
