Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance at our Noida office. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting and financial planning, and regulatory compliance. The role involves analyzing financial performance, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. The individual will collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with organizational goals and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and Budgeting expertise
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial planning and risk management
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with finance-specific compliance and regulatory requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, MBA in Finance, or equivalent degree is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills is an advantage
• Proven track record in similar senior finance roles
