Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Head of Finance and Accounting at our Ahmedabad location. The individual will oversee the company's financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role involves developing strategic financial plans and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements to support the company's financial growth and stability. Interfacing with management and stakeholders to provide insights and advice on financial matters will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Solid understanding of financial statements, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Tally along with good knowledge of accounting systems
• Working knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and basic legal/financial regulations
• Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and support team members
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CA / CPA / ACCA is a plus
• Good communication skills and a responsible, proactive approach
• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous
