Role : Finance & Accounting AI Support

Location : Noida ( 3 Days working from Office)

Type : FTE with my Client payroll Direct

Duration : FTE

NOTE :Shift Time : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.IST. ( CONFIRM YOUR OK FOR THIS SHIFT)v - Need someone who is Immediate Joiners only. NO Later then 25th April.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

In this role, we are seeking a highly skilled manager with expertise in finance and accounting to lead our financial annotators and financial modeling team. This role involves overseeing the quality review of responses generated by AI chatbots and other products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The role also involves overseeing the maintaining of financial models quality by ensuring that the Taxonomy is correct and metrics are accurate.

KRAs:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial annotators and financial modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the review process for AI-generated responses, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with financial regulations.
Financial Analysis: Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to support decision-making processes and enhance product offerings.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the team to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and AI specialists, to ensure seamless integration of financial insights into AI products.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, quality metrics, and project outcomes to senior management.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in managing finance and accounting teams, with a focus on quality assurance.
Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques. Deep understanding of financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow etc.
Basic Understanding of AI concepts.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
