The Head of Finance & Accounts will oversee the company's financial health and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and leading financial reporting efforts. This full-time, on-site role, based in Mumbai, entails active collaboration with management to facilitate informed decision-making and drive financial effectiveness.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and providing insights
• Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA preferred)
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in team leadership and managing financial operations
