Ensuring efficient and smooth restaurant operations across the organisation's scope of operations, you will lead a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of equipment management, utility optimization, and successful project completion.
Equipment Management & Uptime:
- Lead the team to achieve a 95% equipment uptime target across all McDonald's locations in India.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and manage planned Maintenance & Repair (M&R) costs.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance tasks for all restaurant equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships with equipment suppliers, ensuring timely repairs and parts availability.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and lost sales.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations) to prioritize and address equipment maintenance needs.
Utility Management & Optimization:
- Implement initiatives for energy conservation across McDonald's restaurants in India.
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption patterns to identify areas for optimization.
- Oversee the implementation of energy-efficient practices and technologies in restaurants.
- Ensure restaurants adhere to established environmental sustainability guidelines.
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance and renovation projects across McDonald's restaurants in India, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams consisting of internal staff and external vendors.
- Conduct regular project reviews and address any challenges or roadblocks to ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct post-project inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meet McDonald's operational standards.
