This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Executive Education at IIM Udaipur, based in Udaipur. The role involves leading and managing the Institute's executive education programs, developing strategic plans, and creating innovative course offerings. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, engaging with corporate stakeholders, fostering partnerships, overseeing program design and delivery, and managing the executive education team. Collaboration with faculty, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the Institute's overall growth strategy are integral aspects of the role.

• Experience in program development, curriculum design, and strategic planning
• Excellent management and leadership skills, with experience in overseeing teams and fostering collaboration
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of the higher education landscape, particularly in management and executive learning
• Proven experience in marketing or business development for educational programs or similar domains
• An advanced degree in business, education, or a related field is highly preferred
• Familiarity with global business and educational trends will be an added advantage
