Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with industry regulations.
  • Good understanding of compliances on Anti Money Laundering, Anti bribery and corruption, FCPA, KYC and investigations
  • Ensure adherence to ethical practices across all business functions across South Asia.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote an ethical work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance concerns effectively.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Ethics and Compliance should have:

  • A degree in law with at least 15 years of experience
  • Proven expertise in ethics and compliance management within the industrial/manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholder
