What You'll Be Doing
- Building enterprise pipeline across Singapore
- Winning new employer partnerships with organisations of 3,000+ employees
- Engaging CHROs, HR Executives, and C-suite stakeholders
- Leading consultative, value-led sales conversations focused on employee wellbeing and business outcomes
- Working closely with local and Australian teams to shape market strategy
- Helping define the future commercial structure as the business grows
- Year 2 - hire and grow and APAC team, continuing as a Player/Coach
You'll Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Proven success opening new markets or building new territories
- Strong track record winning large enterprise customers
- Experience selling to HR, People & Culture, or C-suite stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a true hunter mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to have:
- Experience selling employee benefits, HR technology, wellbeing, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions
- Existing enterprise relationships across Singapore
