A rare opportunity to lead the commercial launch in Singapore and shape the go-to-market strategy from day one

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building enterprise pipeline across Singapore
  • Winning new employer partnerships with organisations of 3,000+ employees
  • Engaging CHROs, HR Executives, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Leading consultative, value-led sales conversations focused on employee wellbeing and business outcomes
  • Working closely with local and Australian teams to shape market strategy
  • Helping define the future commercial structure as the business grows
  • Year 2 - hire and grow and APAC team, continuing as a Player/Coach

You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Proven success opening new markets or building new territories
  • Strong track record winning large enterprise customers
  • Experience selling to HR, People & Culture, or C-suite stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a true hunter mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling employee benefits, HR technology, wellbeing, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions
  • Existing enterprise relationships across Singapore
