Job Description
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients interested in executive education programs.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with marketing, program development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall objectives.2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of corporate clients, and tailor executive education solutions to address those specific requirements.
Solution Selling:
Gain a deep understanding of the executive education programs offered by the organization and articulate their value to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts and program development teams to create customized executive education programs that align with corporate clients objectives.
Ensure program content, format, and delivery methods meet the needs of diverse industries and organizations.4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing revenue for the organization.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth contract finalization. Oversee the contract process and ensure timely deal closure
The Successful Applicant
Sells employee upskilling solutions, degrees, and certifications to large enterprises
Comes with a minimum of 7 years of experience
Strong performer with a solid team handling experience
Comfortable with 6 days of working
