Head of Engineering (Work from Home)

We are urgently hiring a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the technical direction of our SaaS product. This role is responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support product growth and evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the engineering team
• Own the SaaS architecture, performance, and reliability
• Define and execute the technology roadmap
• Work closely with Product and Leadership teams
• Ensure high availability, security, and data protection

Requirements:

• Strong background in SaaS product development
• Experience leading technical teams or projects
• Good understanding of cloud-based systems
• Ability to scale platforms as customers grow
• Clear communication and strong decision-making skills
