  • Knowledge of Mixers, calendars, extruders, cutters and bead from electrical point of view Leading Electrical Department Individually.
  • Preparation and Execution of preventive maintenance activity.
  • Breakdown/shutdown maintenance.
  • Compliance with safety audits, near-miss and MSR.
  • Spare parts management, development of Indigenous spares.
  • Managing Budgets and projects of the Department.
  • Ensuring Plant reliability and maintain downtime within AOP.
