This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Head of Engineering. The Head of Engineering will oversee engineering teams, lead development strategies, and manage ongoing engineering projects. Responsibilities include driving technical innovation, ensuring best practices across the engineering teams, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Team Management, Team Leadership, and mentoring to build and guide engineering teams effectively.
• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Project Management to oversee workflows, allocate resources, and ensure project delivery within deadlines.
• Expertise in Software Development, with hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable, high-performing applications.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities to manage complex engineering challenges and drive product innovation.
• Proficiency in collaboration and communication to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and team members.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment or startup is advantageous.
