This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Engineering located in Pune Division. The Head of Engineering will oversee engineering operations, lead technical teams, and manage the development of software projects. Responsibilities include driving innovation, optimizing workflows, managing engineering resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and a passion for technology are critical to thriving in this role.

• Experience in Team Management, Team Leadership, and mentoring engineering teams
• Expertise in Engineering Management and overseeing technical operations
• Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and delivering software solutions
• Proficiency in Software Development with a strong understanding of programming languages and architecture principles
• Ability to foster innovation, adaptability, and agility in engineering processes
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams
• Experience in startup environments or scaling tech teams is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
