About the role
- Take end-to-end ownership of the technology stack, driving architecture, development, deployment, reliability, and ongoing operations
- Provide strategic technical and organizational guidance to drive engineering excellence across teams
- Shape and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for your organization
- Continuously adapt roadmaps to align with anticipated future demands and evolving business requirements
- Recruit and develop exceptional technical and people leaders to build a world-class engineering organization
About you
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in people leadership roles leading high-performing platform engineering teams
- Strong hands-on technical background in platform services development and backend engineering - a builder at heart with deep technical credibility
- Strong implementation knowledge of APIs, IAM, Audit, and Secrets architectures and frameworks
- Proven ability to scale organizations and develop strong technical and people leaders
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and customers across time zones
- Demonstrated track record of improving customer satisfaction through platform solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage complexity, and keep projects on track
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
