This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Engineering and AI located in Bengaluru South. The role involves leading the engineering team to design, build, and maintain Zenalyst's AI-driven platform. Responsibilities include overseeing the architecture of scalable and efficient systems, managing the integration of AI models and automation workflows, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant software engineering practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and strategic technology solutions and mentor a team of engineers to foster technical excellence.

• Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning, including experience deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in software architecture, backend development, and scalable system design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent coding skills in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with data engineering, including ETL pipelines and working with complex datasets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Familiarity with governance and security in data management and AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
