Job Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedDesign Headto lead engineering and design activities for EPC projects acrossSolar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role requires strong technical leadership, design governance, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and optimized project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-enddesign and engineeringfor Solar, Wind, and BESS EPC projects
- Define and reviewsystem architecture, electrical layouts, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance withnational and international engineering standards
- Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Providetechnical guidance for troubleshooting and value engineering
- Support feasibility studies, technical proposals, and bid engineering
- Drive standardization, design optimization, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's orMaster's degree inElectrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
- 12+ years of experiencein EPC projects related toSolar, Wind, and BESS
- Strongexpertiseinsystem design, engineering standards, and project execution
- Hands-on experience withgrid integration, storage systems, and renewable plants
- Proven leadership in managing design teams and cross-functional coordination
