About the Role
BluAI is expanding its AI‑native LMS across India, and we're hiring a Head of Education Channel to build our Education Master Partner (EMP) network and scale our presence in schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
This role is responsible for appointing EMPs, enabling them, and driving LMS adoption across the education sector.
What You'll Own
- Identify and appoint Education Master Partners (EMPs) across India
- Build a reseller ecosystem for schools, colleges, and coaching centers
- Drive LMS sales through partners and academic networks
- Conduct demos, workshops, and academic presentations
- Build relationships with principals, trustees, and academic directors
- Lead education events, webinars, and outreach programs
- Own regional LMS revenue targets
- Enable partners with training, sales playbooks, and demo scripts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years in EdTech, School ERP, LMS, Smart Classroom, or Digital Content
- Strong network in schools, colleges, and coaching centers
- Experience working with:
- School ERP vendors
- LMS platforms
- Smart classroom integrators
- Education distributors
- EdTech companies
- Ability to recruit and manage channel partners
- Strong presentation and academic demo skills
- Comfortable with travel and on‑ground partner engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint 10–20 EMPs across regions
- Build 200+ education resellers through EMPs
- Conduct product demos for school leadership
- Run academic workshops and webinars
- Support EMPs with pre‑sales and onboarding
- Achieve quarterly LMS revenue targets
- Ensure partner activation and performance

Compensation
