Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Ecommerce, located in Jaipur. The role encompasses overseeing the ecommerce strategy, driving sales, and enhancing customer experience on digital platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing website performance, managing e-commerce operations, leading sales initiatives, optimizing web analytics, and managing cross-functional projects to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. The position requires team leadership and collaboration with marketing, design, and operations teams to scale Superkicks digital presence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and management
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and revenue generation
• Analytical Skills with experience in Web Analytics to interpret data and inform decisions
• Project Management skills to coordinate and monitor cross-functional deliverables effectively
• Experience in leading teams and working collaboratively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for lifestyle and sneaker culture is an advantage
