Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Head of Ecommerce (India business), based in Mumbai. The role involves leading and managing e-commerce operations, developing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, overseeing web analytics to improve user experiences, and ensuring successful project execution. Regular responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing key business metrics, and implementing innovative strategies for scaling the ecommerce business.

Qualifications

• Strong background in E-Commerce and Sales
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Analytical Skills
• Proven ability in Project Management and leading teams
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in managing large online retail platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
