• End-to-end e-commerce business
• Shopify growth
• Website optimisation and customer experience
• Product Buying, merchandising and planning
• CRM and customer retention
• Email and WhatsApp marketing journeys
• SEO and content strategy
• Product catalogue and launches
• Marketplace growth
• Omnichannel customer experience
• Performance dashboards and analytics

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years in e-commerce or digital commerce
• Experience growing D2C or retail brands
• Strong understanding of Shopify and digital analytics
• Customer-first mindset
• Passion for building and scaling digital businesses
