  • Build a category-defining D2C platform in Nutraceuticals & sports nutrition
  • Own and scale a high-growth digital P&L with full autonomy

Job Description

  • Define and drive the E-Commerce & digital strategy from 0 to 1
  • Build and launch the D2C platform (technology, UX, CRM, analytics, payments)
  • Establish and scale presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
  • Lead performance marketing, content, and influencer-led growth strategies
  • Own P&L, revenue growth, CAC, and margin optimization
  • Set up end-to-end digital operations, including fulfillment and customer experience
  • Build and lead the entire E-Commerce team and partner ecosystem

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Head should have:

  • 8-15 years experience in E-Commerce / D2C / digital-first consumer businesses
  • Proven 0â†1 build experience in launching or scaling online brands
  • Strong background in nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, or pharmaceuticals
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and marketplace growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution bias
