Head of E-Commerce

Role Description

LuxoRoyal is seeking an entrepreneurial Head of E-Commerce to join for our India operations.This is not a typical Amazon VA job; it's a fast-track to become ourHead of India Operationsin 1218 months. You'll take full ownership of scaling our multi-channel e-commerce business (Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, DTC brand) withcomplete creative freedomto make decisions. In other words, you're auditioning tobuild and lead our future India team and earn a Director title once you hit growth targets..

What's in it for you:Growth based pay, you earn20% of net profitsacross the sales channels you manage. This could range from 20k to 200k+ per month (the more you grow, the more you earn there'sno cap). Hit our agreed milestones and you unlock a path to abonuses and a salaried Country Director roleheading our operations from India.. This is a chance tobuild an operation from the ground upwith no ceiling on your advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the P&Lfor Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace product sourcing, pricing, and growth strategy are in your hands. Use any tools, automation, or sub-contractors you see fit (we encourage innovative approaches).
• Scale Gioronte brandvia TikTok and Instagram orchestrate viral content and efficient ad campaigns to drive DTC sales. Collaborate with creators or run ads, as long as it delivers results.
• Recruit and manageyour own small remote team as needed. You're the team builder we won't micromanagehowyou get results.
• Report directlyto the Operations Director (brief weekly check-ins). Otherwise, you operate autonomously. This role is ideal if you love the freedom torun the showwithout hand-holding
