Role: Head of Digital Operations
Location: India (remote/hybrid)
Salary:75,000 1,50,000 per month + ESOPs/Equity (discussion-based)

What you'll ownYou run digital operations end-to-end: lead-generation systems, onboarding flows, internal tools, and cross-team processes. You ensure HR, finance, and operational processes stay updated and on track without owning those departments. Note: This is a hands-on role. Initial support will be limited to interns or one junior team member.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation (Primary KPI First 12 Years)- Run cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and community-based lead gen.
- Build prospect lists, messaging, automations, and follow-ups.
- Track conversions, reply rates, qualified leads, and pipeline movement.
- Join a few customer calls early for product understanding not long-term.
2. Digital Operations- Oversee onboarding workflows, support pipelines, and internal coordination.
- Maintain SOPs across sales, marketing, product, and support.
- Keep all digital processes clean, updated, and running smoothly.
3. HR, Finance & Ops Process Oversight(Not responsible for HR/Finance work responsible for ensuring the processes run smoothly)
- Ensure HR tasks (attendance, hiring workflows, onboarding docs, exits) stay updated in ClickUp.
- Ensure finance workflows (invoices, payouts, reimbursements, vendor payments) are tracked properly.
- Keep cross-department processes organized and follow up when anything stalls.
4. Tools & Automation- Own ClickUp, CRM, Apollo, Discord, and other digital tools.
- Build simple automations to reduce manual work and improve speed.
- Maintain data hygiene across all systems.
5. Project Execution- Lead cross-functional operational projects end-to-end.
- Ensure everyone stays on their timelines and nothing gets stuck.
- Act as the ops backbone keeping all moving parts aligned.
6. Reporting- Maintain dashboards for lead gen, onboarding, HR/finance process status, and ops metrics.
- Share weekly operational updates with founders.
Must-Have Skills- 5+ years in IT/SaaS operations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ClickUp, CRM tools, Apollo, Discord, and digital ops tooling.
- Strong background in outbound lead generation.
- Excellent follow-up, tracking, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable owning processes end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-Haves- Experience with automation platforms (n8n / Make / Zapier).
- Familiarity with AI-based tools and workflows.
- Exposure to SaaS onboarding or customer success operations.
