Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on driving organic lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, building and executing organic growth strategies, generating qualified leads through SEO and content initiatives, analyzing web and campaign performance, and overseeing end-to-end digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads aligned with business objectives
2. Content Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting landing pages and digital content
- Ensure effective content distribution to support lead generation and engagement goals
3. Data & Revenue Analysis
- Analyze customer journeys across multiple touchpoints to optimize conversion funnels
- Track marketing-attributed revenue and continuously improve lead acquisition efficiency
4. SEO & SEM
- Design and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing to drive quality leads
5. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns targeting high-quality prospects
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue targets
6. Budget Management
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor spend, track ROI, and ensure optimal budget utilization
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8 years in the IT industry, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role leading a team of 10 or more members.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing software (e.g.,HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Up to date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
