Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who can lead, strategize, and scale our digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across performance marketing, SEO, content, social media, design, and analytics, along with the ability to manage teams, drive results, and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
This role requires a leader who understands every function deeply, can guide specialists effectively, and take ownership of growth, brand visibility, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall digital marketing strategy across channels
- Lead and manage in-house teams including SEO, content, performance marketing, social media, design, and video
- Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms)
- Guide SEO strategy including technical, on-page, off-page, local SEO, and generative/AI-driven search optimization
- Ensure strong content, creative, and brand consistency across all digital and offline touch points
- Align marketing goals with business, sales, and revenue objectives
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Drive lead quality, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements
- Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and external partners
- Manage budgets, tools, vendors, and agency relationships
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
- Build processes, workflows, and best practices for scalability
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure across multiple channels
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page, Local, Generative/GEO)
- Content Marketing & Social Media
- Creative & Branding (working closely with design and video teams)
- Proven experience managing and mentoring digital marketing teams
- Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Performance marketing dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience scaling traffic, leads, and revenue through digital channels
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience in education, or service-based industries
- Agency Experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead management
- Experience managing large websites or multi-location businesses
- Exposure to offline marketing alignment (print, events, branding)
- Certifications in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Advanced digital marketing certifications are a plus
