About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead the digital growth strategy for a rapidly expanding Ayurveda healthcare and hospital network. The role is responsible for driving patient acquisition, lead generation, brand visibility, revenue growth, and digital transformation across hospitals, clinics, teleconsultation services, and healthcare products.
The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with analytical thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Patient Acquisition
- Own and manage digital marketing budgets and ROI targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified leads for IPD admissions, OPD consultations, teleconsultations, wellness programs, and healthcare products.
- Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and patient acquisition metrics.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
2. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Develop multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- Improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-admission conversion rates.
- Collaborate with call center, counseling, and admissions teams.
- Build marketing funnels that support monthly revenue and occupancy targets.
- Create campaigns focused on high-value healthcare services and specialty treatments.
3. Website, SEO & Content Strategy
- Lead website optimization initiatives focused on user experience and conversion.
- Develop SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and patient inquiries.
- Manage blogs, landing pages, treatment pages, and educational content.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers.
- Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
4. Social Media & Brand Management
- Build and execute social media strategy across major platforms.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Manage patient testimonials, success stories, and reputation-building campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Data Management
- Develop marketing dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Use data to optimize budgets, targeting, and channel performance.
- Forecast lead volume and revenue contribution.
6. CRM, Automation & Retention Marketing
- Implement and optimize CRM workflows.
- Develop email, WhatsApp, SMS, and marketing automation campaigns.
- Improve lead nurturing and patient retention programs.
- Create reactivation campaigns for existing patient databases.
- Track customer journey and lifecycle metrics.
7. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead digital marketing, content, design, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance review mechanisms.
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent.
- Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented culture.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 8-15 years of overall marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing digital marketing teams.
- Proven experience handling annual digital marketing budgets exceeding ₹1 Crore.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and performance marketing.

Compensation & Benefits
CTC Range: ₹18,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and performance)
